CRISTINA STOICA, Chief Technology Officer
Cristina Stoica is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Med-Metrix, where she leads all technological initiatives and operations with a steadfast commitment to innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction. With over a decade of experience in healthcare technology, Cristina has an impressive track record of driving successful technology-driven projects and business initiatives.
As CTO, Cristina oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of Med-Metrix's technology infrastructure. She formulates and executes comprehensive technology strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency, ensuring that Med-Metrix stays ahead of technological trends and innovations. Cristina is adept at designing robust and scalable system architectures that support the company’s needs, overseeing the integration of various technological systems to create a cohesive and efficient IT environment.
Cristina’s strong background in data architecture and analytics ensures the integrity, security, and accessibility of data across the organization. She leverages advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team. Cristina champions the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the company's competitive edge.
Before joining Med-Metrix, Cristina served as the Director of Data Analysis and Processing at MD-X Solutions and continued in leadership at MedAssets after its acquisition. In these roles, she led data technology processing and implementations for the Revenue Cycle Services division, managing all aspects of data and system integration. At MedAssets, Cristina designed and managed database architecture hosting all patient accounting data for hospital clients and other providers. She spearheaded strategic technology architecture initiatives, including Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Architecture Policies, Standards, Privacy, and Metadata Management.
Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Western University "Vasile Goldiş" of Arad in Romania, Europe. Her diverse experience and leadership have been instrumental in positioning Med-Metrix at the forefront of healthcare technology.
